Otter Adventure
Experience the thrill of a 2-hour guided snowshoe adventure on the Otter Trail. Explore the peaceful boreal forest & wander along the picturesque shores of Amisk Lake & the Sturgeon Weir River. Immerse yourself in a wildlife haven, as the forest & waterway provide a perfect environment for a variety of animals, including the playful river otter.
We will follow their tracks, uncover their unique characteristics, & who knows, you might just catch a glimpse of one playing along the frozen river ice. Along the trail, you will also learn about the history & culture of the famous waterway we are following.
Returning to camp, we will relax with a cup of hot chocolate by the crackling fire.
